Well, I wouldn’t necessarily say I’m personally friends with them, so I’m really not the best person to ask. Loosely using the term, I consider myself “friends” with them byway of business related things. The Cab has always been very good about keeping their fans inclusive, like a family. In that sense, yes, they consider everyone friends.
If you’re meaning like, you call them up every other weekend, hang out when they’re in town - I view that as an entirely separate circle of friends. That is something outside of the “fan world” per se, and that’s no different than anyone else you’d like to be friends with. You have to realize they’re people, too. Treat them with respect and they’ll treat you with respect. Simple.
