No. This is a fan site run by a fan. Information about the admin (Izzy) can be found here.
Do you know The Cab / how do you know their manager / are you friends with them?
Yes, the members of The Cab know who I am and that this fan site exists. Chris Knight (their manager) got in contact with me August of 2011 after finding the web site on his own accord. No, I’m not friend-friends with anyone in The Cab, however do count them as “friends.” What I mean by this: we don’t hang out on the weekends, however they’re always excited to see me and recognize me at shows.
I noticed you didn’t have a source for (post), how do you know this information?
While this blog is run by just me, a fan, I am in contact with Chris Knight (their manager). If there’s a post without a citation chances are the information came directly from their management. Should you be interested, you can read the full statement on my posting policy here.
I want to do an interview / photograph their set / etc. with The Cab - who do I contact?
Send an e-mail to thecabband@gmail.com - their manager checks the account. You can also send a tweet to @TheCab and @cdk425 to let them know you’re interested in doing an interview / photograph their set / etc.
How do I send The Cab fan mail?
At the moment, The Cab does not have a snail mail address. Your best bet is to directly give them your letter/gift to them at a show. If you’re unable to attend a show, you can however do one of two things:
They may not respond but they will receive and read them. (It would be much too time consuming to reply to every last letter, though I promise they do appreciate them!)
Is this (site) actually (band member)’s real account?

Do you have a download for (song)?
The Cab’s entire discography is listed here. I do not release free downloads of songs still available for purchase; however, live performances, covers, and self-released pieces are linked with downloads.
When is The Cab going to be in (city)?
Any tours/shows announced will be listed here. For the most up-to-date tour stops you can check The Cab Rock’s events page.
I run a Cab fan Tumblr / Twitter / etc. - can you check it out and help promote?
Absolutely. No official posts will be made but I keep a list of all fan sites and teams dedicated to The Cab to make for easy access to other fans. The list can be seen here. Just shoot me a message with the username(s) and I’ll add it to the list.
I’m working on a gift for The Cab and I’d love for other fans to submit to the project. Can you help me promote it?
Of course. Send me an e-mail (soldierstonight@hotmail.com) with your contact information, all the details about the gift, what you’re looking for fans to submit (i.e. letters, photos, etc.), what contact information fans should include, deadlines for submissions, etc. Send me a message here letting me know you’ve sent an e-mail and I’ll get a post up for you!

Part of what sets Soldiers Tonight apart from other fan sites out there is that I like to keep it as user friendly and resourceful as possible. If you notice something you’re particularly impressed with, or something you think could be improved upon, please tell me! I want to hear what you like / your suggestions. It will help the site become better in the long run.
